Custom Cake Order T&C's

Please make sure that you have read through the terms and conditions prior to ordering. I can take no responsibility for your order once it has left my kitchen.

Order Information

Cake orders require a minimum of 5 days notice, a week or months notice is preferable. I will confirm your order via email once a deposit has been received.

Changes to your booking are possible but please contact to amend your order as soon as possible. Within 72 hours before collection changes cannot be made.

Cancellation policy

Please note that a deposit is required to secure your order.

I am unable to offer deposit refunds for cancelled orders. However, if your event is cancelled or there are unforeseen circumstances, I will always do my best to accommodate moving your cake to a different time.

Allergens

All products are made in my kitchen that handles these allergens – dairy, gluten (wheat), eggs, nuts, sesame, sulphites and soya. Pop me an email for more allergen information at thegoodeggbakes@gmail.com.

Please note that while I have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross contamination, my kitchen is a small shared space and cross contamination of ingredients is possible. Therefore if you suffer with serious or life threatening allergies, I would recommend you go to a specialist baker.

For any further questions please email thegoodeggbakes@gmail.com.

Storing your cake

Your cake will keep up to 4/5 days if stored correctly, I recommend collecting your order on the same day as your event. However if you’re not having it on the same day please keep it refrigerated and covered. I recommend serving your cake at room temperature.

Please be mindful not to keep your cake in direct sunlight and heat as it will melt your cake.

Collecting your cake

When you collect your cake, please do not place anything on top of the box and always hold it from the bottom, being careful not to squeeze the sides.

If driving, arrive with your car cool and sit your cake on a flat surface. Preferably the boot.

I will provide a cake care and cutting guide with your cake.
