Welcome to The Good Egg Bakery – a cracking little micro bakery nestled in the heart of Shrewsbury. We specialise in homemade pastries, cakes, and great coffee, all made in small batches with top-quality, local ingredients and a generous helping of joy.​

Meet the Baker

Hey, my name is Sophie, I am the face behind the Good Egg Bakery, I always knew that one day I wanted to open my own little slice of something, and that’s where the Good Egg come in!

 

My aim has always been pretty simple, make nice things that people enjoy, and if I can incorporate buying and supporting local and seasonal produce whilst doing that then, well, fantastic!
