Shipping Policy

All Letterbox Brownie orders are handmade and dispatched every Wednesday via Royal Mail Standard Delivery (UK only).

To receive your brownies in that week’s shipment, please place your order before Wednesday.

Orders placed on or after Wednesday will be sent the following Wednesday.

Delivery times may vary, but Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your order has been dispatched.

UK Only
We currently ship within the UK only. Letterbox Brownies are packaged to fit through a standard letterbox – so you don’t need to be home to receive them!
